For those saying the scores weren’t fair. Let’s say you’re right, and Dora was overscored with that 9.33. Let’s change it to an 8.4 to equal Jordi’s first wave. Now, let’s give a better score to the 5.83 Jordi got and make it a 7.5, which would be extremely generous. What do we get?

Dora: 8.4 + 7.97 = 16.37
Jordi: 8.4 + 7.5 = 15.9

Let’s get even more generous by adding 2 extra points to Jordi’s second wave, making it a 7.83, he would still only reach 16.23, losing the heat.

You might have your preferences, thinking that one wave was underscored or overscored, and it’s okay to think like this. But anyone who believes that Jordi won that heat is delusional and embarrassing themselves in the comment section.

Poor and biased judging, as always. And always favoring the history WSL wants to tell and how they constantly manipulate the top 5 for the $ ideal outcome $.
Brazilian here saying, Yago waves were pushed high, and Jordy’s low. Yago’s two combo was the strongest wave anyway. And his last turn is what judges give JJF a 9 every time.
